Getting Started with Nidaa

Welcome to Nidaa

Nidaa is Kinexa's WhatsApp Gateway — send messages, run broadcasts, automate replies, and integrate WhatsApp into your systems via API.

Step 1: Log in to the Dashboard

Go to member.nidaa.id and sign in with your Kinexa account.

Step 2: Add a Device

1. Click the Devices tab in the sidebar.
2. Click + Add Device.
3. Enter a name for the device (e.g., "CS Store").
4. Choose the connection type:

- Regular number (QR) — personal or business WA number, scan a QR code.

- Official Cloud API — Meta-approved Cloud API number (requires Meta Business account).

Step 3: Connect via QR

If you chose Regular number:

1. Click Connect (QR) next to your new device.
2. Open WhatsApp on your phone → Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device.
3. Scan the QR code that appears on screen.
4. The status changes to Connected — you're ready to send.

Step 4: Send Your First Message

1. Go to the Send Message tab.
2. Select your device, enter a destination number (e.g., 6281234567890), and type your message.
3. Click Send. Done!
