WhatsApp is already linked to another device WhatsApp allows one linked device session per number. If the number is already linked elsewhere, it must be logged out first. On your phone: WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → remove the old session. ### 2. QR code expired QR codes refresh every ~30 seconds. If you see a stale QR, wait for it to refresh or click **↻** to reload the device list. ### 3. Session crashed after restart If Nidaa restarted, devices reconnect automatically within 30 seconds. Refresh the page to check updated status. ### 4. Number banned or restricted by WhatsApp If your number was recently used for mass sending, WhatsApp may have restricted it. Signs: QR scans but immediately disconnects. - Rest the number for 24–48 hours. - Use the **Official Cloud API** device type for high-volume use (more reliable). ### 5. Cloud API: webhook not verified If you're using Cloud API and status shows "Disconnected": 1. Check that the **Callback URL** in Meta matches what Nidaa showed. 2. Check that the **Verify Token** matches. 3. Ensure the **messages** webhook field is subscribed. ### Still stuck? Use the Liqaa chat widget (bottom-right corner) or contact [Kinexa support](https://support.kinexa.id/contact).24:T41e,## What is Nidaa Link? Nidaa Link is an Android app that turns your phone into the outbound path for your Nidaa WhatsApp connection — the connection uses your phone's mobile IP. It replaces older manual proxy setups with one tap. ### Download Get the app from [nidaa.id/download](https://nidaa.id/download). Open the APK on your Android phone and allow "Install from unknown sources" if prompted. ### Connect 1. In your Nidaa dashboard, open the **Automasi** tab → **Jalur HP (Nidaa Link)**. 2. Click **New Code** next to the device you want to route through the phone. 3. Open the Nidaa Link app, paste the pairing code, and tap **Connect**. 4. Allow notifications and the battery-optimization exemption so it stays connected. The app auto-starts on reboot and reconnects automatically. When the phone is online, that device's WhatsApp traffic goes out through it. ### When to use it Optional — only if you want your WhatsApp connection to exit through your phone's mobile network instead of the server. Most numbers connect fine directly.
