The Automasi tab groups Nidaa's smart features.

AI Auto-Reply (Liqaa)

Turn this on per device to have Aini (Kinexa's AI assistant) answer incoming WhatsApp messages automatically. Requires a connected device.

1. Open Automasi → AI Auto-Reply (Liqaa).
2. Toggle it On for the device you want.

Incoming messages that don't match an auto-reply rule are answered by AI.

Click-to-Chat links

Create a WhatsApp link or button that carries a customer's identity. When the customer taps it and sends, your AI already knows who they are — no typing needed.

1. Open Automasi → Click-to-Chat.
2. Pick a device, optionally add the customer's name/ID and an opening message.
3. Click Generate Link — you get a wa.me link + QR code to embed on your site or share.

When the customer sends the pre-filled message, Nidaa recognizes them and the AI can greet them personally.
