Connecting via QR Code

Nidaa supports connecting any WhatsApp number (personal or WhatsApp Business) via QR scan.

Steps

1. Go to Devices tab → click + Add Device.
2. Enter a device name and select Regular number (QR).
3. Click Connect (QR) on the newly created device card.
4. Nidaa will start a session and display a QR code.

Scanning the QR

On your phone:

1. Open WhatsApp → tap the three-dot menu (Android) or Settings (iOS).
2. Tap Linked Devices → Link a Device.
3. Point your camera at the QR code on screen.

The status will change to Connected within seconds.

Using the 8-Digit Pairing Code

If scanning isn't convenient:

1. Click Or use 8-digit code below the QR image.
2. Enter your WhatsApp number (e.g., 6281234567890).
3. On your phone: WhatsApp → Linked Devices → Link a Device → "Link with phone number".
4. Enter the 8-digit code that appears on screen.

Notes

• QR codes expire after ~60 seconds and are automatically refreshed.
• Keep the Nidaa tab open while scanning.
• One WhatsApp account can be connected to only one Nidaa device slot at a time.
• After connecting, you can close the QR window — the connection stays active.
