: "Terima kasih! Kami akan membalas segera." (out-of-hours greeting) ## Notes - Rules are evaluated in the order they were created. First match wins. - You can have multiple rules per device. - Rules are device-specific — a rule on Device A does not apply to Device B.23:T4c6,## API Tokens Nidaa uses bearer token authentication for its REST API. Tokens are device-scoped — each token can only send from the device it was created for. ## Creating a Token 1. Go to the **API & Token** tab. 2. Select your **Device**. 3. Click **+ Create Token** and enter a name (e.g., "CRM integration"). 4. Copy the token — **it is shown only once**. Store it securely. ## Sending via API ```bash curl -X POST https://api.nidaa.id/api/v1/messages/send \ -H "Token: YOUR_TOKEN" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"target":"6281234567890","message":"Hello from Nidaa API!"}' ``` ### Response ```json { "ok": true, "id": "msg_xxx", "status": "queued" } ``` ## Webhooks Set a webhook URL on your device to receive inbound messages and status updates: 1. **Devices** tab → click **Webhook** on a device. 2. Enter your endpoint URL. 3. Nidaa will POST to that URL for every incoming message and status change. ### Webhook payload (inbound message) ```json { "event": "message.inbound", "deviceId": "dev_xxx", "from": "6281234567890", "body": "Hello!", "timestamp": "2026-06-30T10:00:00Z" } ``` For full API documentation, visit [api.nidaa.id/docs](https://api.nidaa.id/docs).24:T474,## Nidaa Plans

WhatsApp is already linked to another device WhatsApp allows one linked device session per number. If the number is already linked elsewhere, it must be logged out first. On your phone: WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → remove the old session. ### 2. QR code expired QR codes refresh every ~30 seconds. If you see a stale QR, wait for it to refresh or click **↻** to reload the device list. ### 3. Session crashed after restart If Nidaa restarted, devices reconnect automatically within 30 seconds. Refresh the page to check updated status. ### 4. Number banned or restricted by WhatsApp If your number was recently used for mass sending, WhatsApp may have restricted it. Signs: QR scans but immediately disconnects. - Rest the number for 24–48 hours. - Use the **Official Cloud API** device type for high-volume use (more reliable). ### 5. Cloud API: webhook not verified If you're using Cloud API and status shows "Disconnected": 1. Check that the **Callback URL** in Meta matches what Nidaa showed. 2. Check that the **Verify Token** matches. 3. Ensure the **messages** webhook field is subscribed. ### Still stuck?
